Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or no-show: 100% of the treatment fee

Cancellations within 24 hours but more than 4 hours before the appointment: 50% of the treatment fee

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply.

We appreciate your understanding as the time is reserved especially for you.

 

Booking System

Our booking system is request-based. Once you submit your preferred date and time, we will confirm your booking. Your reservation is only finalized once you receive our confirmation.
